Whoohooo!

I'm a little excited at the moment because this evening I jogged a whole mile without stopping for the first time ever. BIG DEAL for me! I can cross this goal off my list because it has officially been reached. Now on to the next... :) Hope you've all had a great weekend and that your week starts out well tomorrow! Will post more soon.
