GFJ Update

Not a very exciting first week back on my GFJ...only down 1/2 a pound, but like I say...just like pennies make dollars, part of a pound eventually makes a whole pound. :) At least we're going in the RIGHT direction! I will readily admit that I didn't work at it as hard as I should or could have the past few days. Hoping for more next week...one day at a time! :)
